Stop Smoking? -
For anyone that has ever smoked cigarettes and quit successfully, what did you do? Or if you know someone that has..Hi,Since I quit, I-m constanly now being asked by friends, -How Do I Stop Smoking?-
I really empathise with you, I quit my 20 a day habit in a pain-free way!
No stress, no cravings, no weight gain, no pills, patches or gums.
(I-d tried everything else, like you)
The program I followed was recommended by a friend and now boasts a 90% success rate and is 100% fully guaranteed - can-t say fairer than that.
If you really intend on quitting this is it.
All the best..
http://tinyurl.com/t7a82Try laser to stop smoking. Smoked for 12 years and have successfully quit for 5 months now.I quit cold turkey. I am 21 and had been smoking since I was 11 (I know, that sucks!).
I just decided that I had to and it took MANY attempts before it was a success.
You have to separate yourself from other people who smoke, for instance, at work I stopped going out with the smoking bunch.
I-ve heard that it takes 21 days to start a new habit....this new habit for you would be NOT smoking. So, if you can go three weeks, you-re doing great.
Also, remember that if you have one that you-re not a smoker again and you don-t need to go to the store and buy a whole pack. Sometimes you slip, but every time you -quit-, you are one step closer.
Be strong hun, you CAN do it!!!!January 16th will be my one year anniversary for not smoking. My suggestion is -Set a Date- and stick to it. Tell your family and people close to you the date so it will be hard to change it or push it back. It isn-t easy but you have to be determined. My coworkers tell me I was difficult for a couple weeks but went right back to being a sweety after. Best of luck to you and I know some things don-t work for everyone. My mom set her date by the Farmers Almanac and quit. Best of luck to you.I smoked for 4 years a pack a day, I quit 2 years ago. To answer your question we must first analyze what you dont do- dont quit after this pack, quit now. Dont put off quiting, if you put off quiting it will never get done, so quit right now. Further more dont tell yourself you cant, or its hard. It is what it is, you have to quit thats all. The next part is establishing a set of arguements in your mind, which we turn on anytime you think about smoking. So jot down on a peice of paper every negative thing that comes from smoking. Once this is done over exagerate each point by using a slipper slope. Basically, if I start again, im going to betray myself, if I betray myself then im a loser, I dont like losers -so I dont start smoking again. Once you get past three days, use every day that you didnt smoke as proof that you dont need it.
Good LuckAsk your doctor to prescribe Welbutrin. Its an anti-depressant that helps stop smoking.
