Very helpful. You will be okay. I quit after many years. I had some bouts of coughing, it all went away after a short while. It is a proof an
scientific fact the chemicals of smoking are completely out of your system after only 6 hours. The rest is totally psychologically. Lungs now and then are ridding of particulars which may cause coughing, the headaches are another matter, most likely it is psychological or due to something else. Maybe see your doctor to be sure.good job!! i hope you keep it up but yea it is normal because all of that stuff from the smoking can finally come up out of your throat now instead of getting covered with more..Yes, I actually coughed more the first few weeks after I quit than I did when I smoked! It should go away within a few weeks. Congrats on quitting! Stick with it!Yes, you were breathing in heavy tar smoke. You might also have a bug of some sort that-s non-related. But give it a few weeks and it should go away. Then again, I-m no physician so you may want to go get it checked out if its very persistant.Yes, I had the same thing when I quit. I think my coughing started on day four and lasted for about 10 days. Since then it-s been pretty much smooth sailing. The only time I get cravings is when I have alcohol. Congrats on your quitting. You will ultimately feel so much healthier. :)

Please help! I can`t stop myself from eating? -

I was 115 lbs just 2 months ago but then i stop smoking. Now i`m always hungry. Those of you who smoke or use to smoke can relate. My stomach is always big and hard.Very tight and uncomfortable.
Now its going to be easy for some of you to say -just stop eating so much- but it`s not that easy. when i start craving for a cigarette i have to either smoke one or eat in order to make the craving go away.Gum does n work, reading does n work nor does sex, exercise, meditating, peppermints,or trying to stay asleep as much as possible.I am 41 years old and too old too over eat or smoke. What can i do to curve the craves,i am now 142 lbs. help me guys!have more sex i swear it worksI have never smoked, but my mother used to when she stoppedshe ate sunflower seeds they distract you from wanting a ciggerete and they arent fattning..hope this helps:)good that you quit smoking, drink a lot of water and eat more vegetable and fruitMy best advice for you Ms. is that you dont carve yourself or either smoke. I have a way to solve your problem. I want you to eat which is a lot better than smoking. Congrajulations for your persistence so far. Now, I can see you are working toward a change in your life and you have spent this time to make a difference in your life. I want you to eat but eat moderately. You need to change slowly and step by step. If you have to eat a lot then I advice you eat what is healthy and non fat. Eat a lot and burn it at a gym.

Another advice to lower you consumption is to drink a lot of water. Eat foods high with fiber and they will fill your stomach easily. I used to eat a lot but now i have changed the food from fatty foods to healthy foods. SLOWLY Though!

Keep up girl:)
