Has anyone heard of Allen Carrs easy way to stop smoking? -

Im trying to quit smoking and heard a lot of good things about a book by Allen Carr (Not the Comedian) called the easyway to stop smoking, what are your thoughts about it? does it actually work?Yes it does actually work. It costs about the same as 2 boxes of smokes. Well worth it as it explains addiction, how nicoteen works and how you overcome it.
I-d recommend it to anyone.i dont read this book...but i stoped to smoke with this site:

yes it does work, my mom read it and gave up smoking as soon as she finished it

ok I-m 15 , I-ve started smoking few months ago , i never smoke more than 5 or 6 cigs per day. now whenever i stop smoking for a couple of days , i have some pain in my lungs , not TOO painful , but it just hurts. and sometimes i have shortness of breath. but thats pretty rare.. i don-t cough blood or have an extreme cough or anything. but the strange thing is , if i smoked a cig this pain will go away .. does anyone know why is this happening to me? am i addicted to smoking ?
i need some help and advice please. thanks alot.your body is trying to clean itself out by making the extra crap in your lungs come out. it-s a normal response for your body to get rid of toxic substances
