I cried last night about this. I-ve been trying to stop smoking, but I can-t. I bought another pack of 100s today, and I-ve been getting more and more depressed. I REALLY don-t want to smoke. I-m going to some people today for some help, but I don-t know what to do on my own. This is really horrible. Please help. I need information on how to stop and stuff.Smoking is more of a psychological addiction than a physical one. You can go Cold Turkey. Or you can slowly cut back on Cigs. Stay busy so that you dont have time to smoke. If you do have to smoke, then just take one drag and throw it away. Instead of buying the 100-s, buy the ultra lights, or the lightest nicotene content in the cig. It should help stop your craving.
Take lots and lots of gum. Doesnt have to be that Nicorete stuff, just something to keep your mouth busy. You can also eat sunflower seeds. My cousin had to quit smoking and he said sunflower seeds work really really good. He quit cold turkey and kept eating seeds.

I wish someone I met a few summers ago (in the midwest) were here. Because if he were that would probably not have happened. I don-t know what it is about him but he-s the only one who can ever make me happy.
