Well, the law is with regards to smoking in public places. Technically, some would argue that the public are not allowed access to the BB House, therefore making it private, meaning it wouldn-t be illegal to smoke there.
What-ll probably happen is BB will ask the non-smokers if they mind others smoking: if they say yes, they do mind, they-ll have to ban it. Interesting question though, thanks! As they are getting paid for this shite, will it not be fair to assume that its a place of work and therefore subject to the ban on smoking.

For what its worth let them smoke themselves stupid catch a nasty disease and die and stop taking up air time for somehing more worth whileI asked my other half that this morning. Dunno, I-ll be watching your question now though incase anyone knows the answer!lol this is a great question ! i never thought about it though i noticed they do have a smoking area !their not allowed to now, only in a designated area in the gardenYes.

It will still be allowed in prisons!!They aren-t allowed to smoke in the house now, they have a designated smoking area outside, near the fridge.Don-t know and I don-t care. I don-t smoke but I wouldn-t have thought the law criminalised smoking outside in a designated area, hopefully the bottom of the pool for that bunch
