curious if i should try and get anynever smoked so dunno.I have used them both and found the gum to be more effective for that -sudden- urge. In the end though, I used patches to finally quit them nasty things. It has been over 9 years now and quitting was the best decision I have ever made in my life. Good luck. Hope you can quit. If not this time, maybe next. Quitting is easy, I have done it over 1000 times (LOL). It is truly a mind over matter thing. You really have to want to quit. The aids help a bit also.everyone is different, for me i used a pill called chantix, the patches never worked for me and the gum was a joke, good luck and dont give up its all worth it in the end...They help but won-t do the job for you; you need to have enough willpower to want to quit for them to help you through the cravings.You have to want to quite. Then, the patches will work.
