How did you stop smoking? -

How did you stop smoking? -

Do you still crave a smoke? How much better do you feel? When I recognised that my teeth are turning to yellowish with brown spots and then my full energy was very very low I decided to quit. That was the most difficult period. I slept saying that -tomorrow is the first day of my new - healthy life-
During the first 10 days, it was like a nightmare. I wanted to sleep all the day. And as time passed I felt myself very energetic ( be careful in this step, pay attention to what you eat, don-t eat too much ). Then I began shopping cosmetics... I was no longer smelling like a cigarette, then I bought lots of cosmetics for my skin, and bought some teeth whitening items which worked very well. Life is better now... I love my smile, I love my smell , I love waking early in the mornings without any coughs... Good luck...I got pneumonia and was in the hospital for 5 days. I just knew that breathing was very painful and I didn-t want to do anything that ever might make breathing that painful again so after 23 years, smoking Kools for about 8 of those years, I just quit. It has been 15 years now and I can tell you that about 4 years ago I took a drag off a friends cigarette and it still tasted good however I never craved one don-t ask me why I just didn-t ever want to smoke again. I don-t even want to think about how hard it would be to do a lot of the things I do if I were still smoking today. My father, mother and aunt are all dead from small cell carcinoma, a cancer that only smokers get and cannot be cured. It is sad to think that all of them would still be here had they not smoked. They didn-t have to die that way Their deaths were from a choice that they made and could have prevented
