Motivation to stop smoking? -

Motivation to stop smoking? -

Ok, i need motivation to stop smoking,
i have only smoked 2 times (3 cigarettes),
but i want to quit the habit while i can.

i feel like cigarettes are always on my mind,
i would never be a full time smoker,
and i didn-t want to even be a -smoker- in moderation,
because i hate cigarettes but i also love them,
but now i feel like i-m stuck.

i am also a jevovahs witness (not baptised yet)
and you are not supposed to smoke,
and i feel really guilty,
have i already done a really bad thing even if i quit now??

also is there any other opition to smoking,
like cigarette substitutes,
not patchs or stuff like that though,
i-m more addicted to the actually action of smoking,
preferbly something that is not harmfull atall..

advice please!First of all, you-re not even addicted to smoking. You just had 3 cigarettes your body does not need the nicotine like actual addicts. Its all mental so just try and think about different things, move your mind else where. Thats the only thing I could possibly think of as a solution for your situation.I think this is one of your best decisions. You must know what are the advantages of quitting:

This will keep you motivated throughout. My friend was chain smoker and he quit. He use to say, just be mentally strong and you can do it. Here are some tips that helped him:
