i really would respect your help!? please i will do anything to stop!First of nice to know that you wish to quit smoking. Hope you are really Serious.I was a chain smoker for amost 25years and was smoking lots and lots of cigrettes. I too had been thinking to stop smoking by reducing slowly. BUT I couldnt. Then 1 fine day I decided to stop from the next day. Beleive me I was smoking till 1130 PM and finally it was the last.
The very next day I stopped smoking. I stopped exactly on the 8th January 2004 and and till date I have not puffed even a single cig / puff.

Getting things on your mind helps you forget smoking. Oh, and stay away from any smokers, or smoking-related places. Those can tempt you even more. Taking pills and those weird pad thingys don-t work as well as you trusting your own self confidence to save money and stop it. Tell yourself that this month is the month that balances your life and death. If you smoke even a little bit this month, you-re dead that second. Keep yourself thinking that way, and before you know it-- your addiction would be gone.Dont buy anymore and replace them with an interest of sorts. I was told this will work, but you have to stick to it...Go the the same store to buy your cigs. The first day, get the first pack in the stand (display..whatever). When you finish that pack get the second...then third..Keep up with where you are at...Get the next pack every day.....You-ll be smoking filterless, longs, flavored.....This is supposed to make you sick of cigs before long.......Determination and stay busy. Think and try to live healthy. Remember the longer you stay off cigarettes, the better you feel and the easier it becomes. Don-t give up. I-m a former (Heavy) smoker of twenty-plus years. I decided to quit, used the patch, ate pez/mints and did a Lot of praying! My family did too!
It-s three months later and I have not had one cigarette, lt alone even a slip!
You can do this! :))chew gum, don-t be around them. don-t have a pack somewhere where u know where it is and always try to do something. as long as ur doing something u won-t be thing about them. thats how i stopped. I wouldn-t go near anyone who smoked for a couple weeks and i went jogging. i did everything just so i wouldn-t think about them.Quit cold tirkey or step down a little at a time. First dont smoke until like an hour after you get up, then make it not for an hour after a meal then cut out the smokes when on the phone. Pretty soon no more smoking.stop buying cigs and by a stress balli just refused to buy more and decided not to do it anymore.
