SMOKERS DO NOT SMOKE FOR THE REASONS THEY SHOULDN-T SMOKE. TELL THEM THAT AND THE FIRST THING THEY WILL DO IS LIGHT A CIGARETTE. IT-S RIGHT INFRONT OF GOVERNMENTS EYES, THE SUCCESS OF ALLEN CARR METHOD IS OVERWHELMING.Any -experts- reading this, please do not continue to be arrogant, and listen to Allen Carr.
Read Allen Carr-s Easyway to stop smoking or attend one of his clinics.
This really does remove all the hysteria surrounding different ways to stop.
When you are finally convinced to use his method and understand, you will just know.
Allen seems to have built a successful chain of over 75 clinics world wide, without the luxury of being aloud to advertise, you see you can-t advertise none smoking stuff without saying -willpower required-, beleive me, you do not need willpower.
His first book has sold many millions has been a best seller every year since it was first published, translated into over 25 languages.
The arrogance of many so called -experts- is EVIDENTLY rediculous, why has the government and NHS not adopted this method or at least refer. Come on, all the successful corporations use the method. **** the pharmacitical industry and its advertising, they profit hugely from nicotine adicts and their sales of patches gum and other substitutes. Allens method is THE method for none smokers and ex smokers alike.
TELL ME WHAT YOU THINKKRELIGIOUS Rehabilitation centers are the best way to quit smoking. Do it for God, do it for your self. The best motivation for ex-smokers that I know is the word of God and prayers. Sounds foolish but true. What is good looks uncool to most people, but in reality it is for the glory of GODI think that the government should stop harrassing smokers when smokers pump in taxes of £8 billion a year on cigarrettes and cost only £4billion in smoking related diseases on the NHS, plus they die sooner.
So Allen Carr is good if people WANT to stop smoking but the government and anti smokers should know where its bread is buttered from if they don-tI-m not a smoker nor have I ever been. (but I-ve lost people to it) And I don-t know who Allen Carr is. But I can absolutely agree with you that a ridiculous amount of money is being made off of the bad health habits of people. If I wanted to stop I would just not commit the money to the habit anymore. It-s really a selfish habit, not a privilege. I can think of a lot better things to spend money on.smoking is probbaly one of the most singlehandedl most useless things in life, having no beenfits what so ever, only multiple flaws such as the numeraous health problem as well as the bad physical image it brings forwardA complex program is the best.Chewing gum is the best way! :)Do crack instead.just put them down. That is the way i did after 10 yearsThe benefit to smoking is calming...for most. That nicotine just seems to do the trick the right way. But the only real way to quit smoking is to go cold turkey. Don-t buy yourself any more packs and get rid of any extras you have around the house. You do however have to replace the smoking with another habit. Most choose eating more food than usual. But what I found helpful was having lots of fruit on hand. I was used to having something at my mouth so I would also keep a pencil to chew on....lol. I know seems weird but it definitely helped. I guess, too each their own. That you really want too, also changing your thinking how you look at smoking.
I guess you have to be willing to break the habit and do what it takes. Different things work for different people. It-s all to do with your thinking. For example some people say I can-t give up until a certain event is though it won-t be fun without a smoke. Straight away you have set yourself up for fail. You got to want it and make up in your mind. All the best. (I still smoke, not ready to stop)
