Wellbutrin does help with taking the edge off the cravings...Good luck!Some who take it say it does. Wellbutrin or anything else depends on your real desire to quit. It is the hardest thing to do and if Wellbutrin works for you, then go for it. I am allergic to it, but most people usually aren-t. My tongue swelled up.The prescription pamphlet states it as one of it-s uses....i took it for the depression thing and i should have quit then because i really cared less about a smoke most of the time. i think it-s a good chance it could work welles wellburtrin works I was taking zabanbut my insurance didn-t cover it, so my doctor suggusted I try wellburtrin, I take 1 in the morning - 1 at night must be about 12 hrs. apart It reaiiy helps me but it will take a few wks. to kick in. don-t give up, I still think about cigerates, bot I don-t have any carvings for them at all.But have to really want to quit. I-ve been on wellburtrin for a few yrs. - I do light the odd cig. - it tastes awful so I put it out. I go for weeks without even thinking about smoking. You-ll save a lot of money, I fine a big differents in my wallet - you will to with all the smoking bans it-s really good not to want a smoke. Please try it it-ll work if you want it to.
