What is the best way to stop smoking? -

am so sick of spending all my money on fags and standing out in the cold just to feed this stupid addiction, not even mentioning what i-m doing to my body.

any tips? from personal experience or other.

thanks in advanceim into my 5th week of cigarettes after many attempts at quitting,ive tried many different things,they never worked.i tried champix and i thought id caught flu.i am using patches and an inhulator i am pleased to say they are working for me.i feel healthier already and the money im saving is going towards our holiday.you must break other habbits as well,i dont have coffee in the morning,i have juice instead,avoid anything you can, that you would do while smoking.really its just like dipping your toe in at the swimming pool to test the water,once your in its ok. just do it....good luck..james.fa friend of mine quit-when they wanted a cigarette-they grabbed some gum-said I-ll wait a while to smoke-cut down almost a 1/2 pack that way-then eventually said no and no more-til they were down to a few cigs-then none at all-if not gum-try hard candy-something that will last a few minutes to hold u past the urge-hope it helps :O)go look to the hospital and look at all the patients in the icu that are basically dead because of lung cancer and all the gross crap that comes out of their lungs.. if that doesn-t make you quit than i don-t know what to tell youI stopped smoking by going cold turkey ( i was a heavy smoker), every one I know who tried gum and patches failed and those who went cold turkey succeeded.yes i was too fed up when my half of the wages were spent in smoking...but i am happier now as i got rid of smoking ....i tried electronic cig and they were really effective ...buy them hereIf you-re determined enough it shouldn-t be a problem. Everyday just think about the good it-s doing you NOT to smoke. =)Hey! Never start!

But seriously, i-ve been smoking for I don-t know how long, when and if you find the best/easiest way, let me know. I-m concerned as wellTry will power, gum/patches..........if those don-t work, go see your doctor and they can prescribe you some medications like wellbutrin or chantix. Good luck.will powernever start it in the first place. not to mention you can get lung cancerdont buy any
