and then when i reach the next day i will say the same thing
i am currently on day 2 of quitting
and its quite easier this way, than saying I QUIT, which sorta feels likes punishing oneself, and i usually end up smoking again
besides that, try and read about the dangers and downsides to smoking, check out some pictures of cancer patients , smoker lungs and so on,
because the mind has associated alot of good things with cigarettes because of chemical stimulation of it, that the body has a strong attachment to it, breaking that attachment is half of the fight, the other is the physical part, which is easier
good luckIt was the hardest thing ive ever done. What worked for me was to just not smoke for a few hours in the morning because that cuts down with the urge to smoke. After eventually cutting down to 2-3 cigs a day then its up to ur own will power to do the rest. I tried all the gums, patches, and meds but thats what worked for me. Good luck
