I do not exercise and have stopped smoking and my tummy is getting bigger.first of all congrats on stop smoking i know that was hard to do. second exercise daily set-up, push-up. diet is important. I eat fat burning foods like yogurt, pickles 3x a day. try to eat foods that are high in fiber.Give up the soft drinks.they have lots of sugar in them. also drink water all day that will help slim you stomach down.llllllleeeeeggggg raise, swim, run, last of all, sexyou need to start exercising and eating as quality diet. check out my blog for some tips and advice:www.busyguyfatloss.blogspot.comHealthy diet and exercise are the only real way of reducing a -tum- short of having surgery. Its no quick fix but its really the only way to do it. If you do them on a ball it works a lot better but it is a lot harder. Try doing the plank, and climbing a lot of stairs. Biking and Running will help this to. But remember to keep at least 1400 calories in your diet while exercising. And drink lots of water. Good Luck
