i star smoking hash before 4years and now i-m trying to quit it but its hard! coz when ever i stop i become angry and i cant control my self! so there is anything that i can take?! tablet or something to get rid of this?!please helpHash-s active ingredient is THC. The first thing to realise is the lack of hash isn-t the cause of your personality. Obviously you don-t like yourself with a short temper and this could be why you have been smoking for the last 4 years.

You have to take a look at yourself and your life.Involve yourself in some other healthy activity...try to get up early in the morning and enjoy morning walk or jogging in the fresh air and take orange juice as mush as possible.when u want smoking
