What can I do to stop smoking? -

I really want to stop smoking. I tried the gum and it made me sick. I tried the patch and I had such bad nightmares I couldn-t sleep for a week. Any advice or products would be very appreciated.please Thank youi know this is going to sound really lame but when i quit smoking i used tootsie pops. every time i felt like smoking i would suck on a tootsie pop.
