it has been over a year since i quit smoking. i quit cold turkey. i set a date and that was that. the only different thing i was doing was taking natural vitamins and this detox tea once in a while. i am fine, smoke free, and will never go back. i honestly dont even miss it. the smell is just disgusting. that was another thing, i bought mself some nice new perfume and shampoo/conditioner and could not beleive how nice i smelled throughout the day. become totally obsessed with your appeareance, meaning how you smell like smoke....you have to be ready. i wouldnt bother with any pills or methods...good luckI haven-t but a friend of mine took it and it worked. She was a hard core smoker for many, many years and had tried EVERYTHING, but nothing worked until Chantix. She no longer has the desire to smoke. Try it!

well my dad has just stoped smoking with the aid of tablets from the doctors
there fantastic they were accually anti depressants but all the depressed people went back to the doctors still depressed but said theve stopped smoking
and now its worked for my dad there called Champix and your on it for a short time its deffinetly worth it for your family and your health to give it a goWell done your dad, keeo it up. I-m also giving up with Champix ,early days yet second week of no cigs.I smoked for 40 years, heavy at times and yet I dont really want a cig, amazingly the craving just isnt there.Give your dad my regards.yeah congrants on ur dad.. but taking chemical pills is never good... no matter what it is... medicines kill ur stomach and ur liver... FDA is full of.... companies like Bayer are a shame to our nation...
