What do you do after you stop smoking? -

OK, first let me say that I love to smoke but the cost in $$$ and health made me quit. I smoked 2 packs a day for 20 years and now have not smoked in 5 days. I think I am past the bad chemical cravings but now what? I use to smoke on brakes, to excape (going out to smoke), in celibration, when mad, etc... Smoking was an important part of my life. Anyone have advice....hi crownliftman..

congratulations on quitting that-s a big deal..the good news is that have more time, and probably soon more energy..so enjoy yourself.. i might warn you however food tastes a whole lot better, and many of us put on a few -new quit pounds-..that-s temporary though..

you may want to check into a Support group, both to keep that quit, and to celebrate with others.. again congrats!!

I haven-t smoked now for 10 years.Easy Button is right here say this prayer and God will help you stay clean:
