Think of it like this. The guy that owns the cigarete company does not smoke,he spends your money on things he wants. How much of your money do you want to give him and are you going to let him kill you and destroy your health!It varies on how bad you wish to quit. I-m down to only smoking when I drink. And I only do that on the weekends. Good luck...

hi last nigt i went to a stop smoking class and i feel so proud of my selfgood for you!
lets hope more people can do what you can do (:Good for you!
Now make sure you never have to live through quitting again.
You may have just saved your own life.
And trust me .... someone you know will quit because you did.
Within a year of my quitting several of my friends quit too. Because it-s catching! Be healthy!well done, i have stopped too. goodluck, stick to it.
