What is the best way to stop smoking ? -

not any kind of nicotine replacement therapy that delivers the drug I-m trying to get rid of.Depends on if your body and mind are addicted to just the nicotine or the nicotine - habit. For me it was both so I went with www.stopsmokingwithecigarettes.com Now I am slowly taking my body off the nicotine without any of the with drawls. I don-t have to worry about any of the negative side effects because there aren-t any. (no second hand smoke.) I also no longer have to worry about -where- I can have my next smoke because I use it when ever where ever I want. Cost is 1/2 the price of a pack of cigarettes. It-s amazingly easy to get to the next lower cartridge.Cold Turkey. Which is rough but can be done if you want to really stop. Best way is the same way you started. Take away a cigarette a day or two untill you work your way to none. Pay attention to your triggers and stay as far away from them as you can. Good Luck I know you can do it.The best way that helped me to stop smoking was this product heres the website for it: http://www.stopsmoking4good.org and email ContactOwner@stopsmoking4good.orgstop buying cigarettes

then you-ll stop smoking.try the patch, my dad used to smoke 3 packs a day, and stopped. hes been clean for about 14 years nowChantix.

Help to stop smoking?!?!? -

Ok, I-m roughly 6 weeks pregnant and I just found out about a week ago and I-ve been trying to quit ever since because I know its bad for my developing baby I have cut myself down ALOT I went from a pack and a half a day to 4 or 5 but I just can-t seem to make myself stop thinking about them, my husband smokes so I see them all day long and I just want to do whats best for the baby so any tricks or tips that you know of...please no rude comments thanksMy Dr. told me not to quit. Quitting causes stress and will harm the
baby. So I cut back to 5-7 a day. The result. 3 pregnancies, 3 big
and healthy babies. All because I listened to my Dr. His advice
benefited my children.Flat out you both have to quit and support one another. Chant-ex has worked wonders for me, when my wife was pregnant we both quit. She quit all on her own and I was in the same boat you are in. So I went to my doctor and got a prescription and four days into it, it was as if I never smoked before. Now one thought or craving at all. And for both of you and your wonderful baby, it-s the best thing you can do. I have tried patches, gum etc. None of which helped me. This will help you to quit. Hope this helps...you r addicted 2 smoking because of the nicotine which is present in it.nicotine stimulates the nervous system.u can buy an electric cigarretes too. these are mainly nicotine vaporiser.they r costly but u will get addicted 2 it.n the best part is NO HARM TO THE BODY!tell your hubby to keep his cigarettes completely out of sight..get yourself LOTS of gum and candy..keep your mind on that babys health and weather the storm until you-re no longer fiening for smokes.

off the smokes 4 months now but having bottle of wine tonight would love smoke please help how long will this last for still having urge to want to smokefunny, I just talked to someone that said he hasn-t had a cigarette in 3 years and still craves 1 on occasion.

The urge will always be there - I-m 3 days in with a patch and am already stressing about a poker game in 2 weeks where I will be surrounded by it - might just challenge myself...

wish i had better news for youForever. Sorry. My grandmother quit 30 years ago and she still craves one every once in a while.Try Tea Tree oil tooth picks. For some reason or another they seem to cut the urge quite well. Worked for me. In addition they are great for breath. Good luck. Remember you also stopped for your loved ones. They need you more than you think. :-)Boy I hear ya. The urges get less and less. I have quit smoking several times, 8 years, 3 years, most recently one month. And you know, even after 8 years when I picked one up it was like I never quit. Although I could have just one back then. But there will be hard times but those urges don-t last as long as time goes on and soon you won-t think about it at all. Good luck. Just keep saying you don-t want to go back after all the hard work. My mother-s words echo in me, -you just quit-. She was in her 70-s then.the urge will always be there when you do things that you used to enjoy smoking with.
