How can i stop smoking hash (?!? -
i star smoking hash before 4years and now i-m trying to quit it but its hard! coz when ever i stop i become angry and i cant control my self! so there is anything that i can take?! tablet or something to get rid of this?!
please helpHash-s active ingredient is THC. It is not physically addictive. What you have been doing is self medicating for an anxiety disorder. Talk to a shrink, there are good drugs availible to help you deal with this and if you get counseling you can deal with your addictive personality issues. If you are addicted to Hash in such a way you have several other addictions which are troubling your life.HASH is not addictive, its habit forming. your dependancy is in your mind.
Its easier to quit a habit than it is an actual chemical dependancy.Hash is non-addictive physically. So if you want to stop, just stop. However, psychologically it can be addictive, if you are using it to fill some kind of a void. Counseling is the best way to help with that.Stop buying it. It-s not like you can just run to the corner store and buy a bag.Hide all of your lighters, or give them to your friends you know you-ll never see them again once you do.Man..
The first thing to realise is the lack of hash isn-t the cause of your personality. Obviously you don-t like yourself with a short temper and this could be why you have been smoking for the last 4 years.
The hash has probably been mellowing you out.
So... what do you think is the problem with your anger? What are you angry about?
Don-t blame the hash... it-s like getting caught for speeding and blaming the car....
You have to take a look at yourself and your life.Involve yourself in some other healthy activity...try to get up early in the morning and enjoy morning walk or jogging in the fresh air and take orange juice as mush as possible.when u want smoking
u just sit and chanting name of your GOD.
and i thought u are realey get rid of smoking .
please u do it!!!!!a hash patch...How can i stop smoking hash (?!? -
When will marijuana be out of my system? -
When will marijuana be out of my system? -
I was a heavy smoker at least 4 times a week for a year... with some on and offs here and there.... sometimes only twice a week... i-ve realized it was stupid and stopped smoking in april (like 10-12 weeks ago) do you think it-s completely out of my system by now.
please no mean comments,.... i know i shouldn-t have in the first place
i have a drug test tmw,,.,... will i be ok?Weed can stay up to 11 months in your system.. but it all depends on your weight and such...
if you have more weight it will last longer because hit stays in fat cells, so by working out and burning fat you can get rid of it..Generally, it takes about a month, or thirty days.You-re fine if it-s a urine test. The THC will be stored in your fatty tissue and come out in your urine for approximately 30 days. If you are having a saliva or blood test done it could take up to six months to clear out. Most employers only do urine tests though. They sell the urine tests for THC at the pharmacy for like $10 if you want to go get one and test yourself just to rest your mind that you will pass. But, I-d almost bet on the fact that you-re cool.yes you should def be ok...I am only 115 lbs and use to smoke when i was younger, but when i decided to get a job i had to stop so only about 4 weeks went by and i passed it with flying colors..just drink alot of water, and if your still worried about tomorrow go to the drug store and get one of those herbal things that clean ur system out, follow the directions and it should work, and if you like pickle juice you could drink it ,because the vinagar cleans ur system as well...good luck and don-t worry.you-re definitely fine.
i used to smoke at least 3 grams of really good weed a day for 2 or 3 years. i had to quit for a drug test for one month and it was out of my system. i have a zillion stoner friends who need to take drug tests and the longest i-ve heard of it staying is 3 months, and she smoked way more than you, and she was by FAR the longest i-ve heard of
you are ok ;)When will marijuana be out of my system? -
Has anyone tried the stop-smoking gum or lozenges?? -
Has anyone tried the stop-smoking gum or lozenges?? -
Unfortunately, I still smoke. I have tried to quit on my own a couple of times but, I become a basket case. I hate that I am so addicted to the damn things but, I guess my will power is not quite strong enough. Anyways...my daughter has an overnight field trip coming up soon, she wants me to chaperone (as I have on all her field trips). I just don-t want to be a big crab because I cannot have a smoke. My question is...Can I use the gum or lozenges to ease my cravings for those two days and still have a smoke when I do get home? (if I feel I need one) I don-t know if it will make me sick or something. I really need help on this one. Thanks in advance!I still smoke too. I have tried the Patch (gives me a rash), the gums and commit lozenges, they do help....but after awhile they started effecting my heart, palpitations and erratic heart beat. It almost killed my dad, it did the same thing to him, only he had a heart attack.
You can use them to ease your cravings, but use them as directed, but even that didn-t work for me, I had to be taken off of them after I had to wear a halter monitor to see how this was reacting on my heart.
I-m different than you, just make sure you-re not taking too many and monitor yourself for differences..OK, Just be careful.
No one told me this, I had to find out the hard way.I have and they taste like sh!t. You might as well chew on an old cigarette butt.
Do the patch ...can-t taste that at all.Has anyone tried the stop-smoking gum or lozenges?? -
What kind of doctor do I go see if I want to quit smoking? I have no doctor, but am interested in Chantix...? -
What kind of doctor do I go see if I want to quit smoking? I have no doctor, but am interested in Chantix...? -
I know Walmart has little clinics inside their stores, can I go to one of those to get a prescription to help me stop smoking? I work for Walmart and don-t have insurance yet, but am interested in the Chantix help quit smoking aid...or getting info about it. I have been a smoker for about 20 years.Today is 2 months of not smoking for me thanks to Chantix. These people above saying you have to want to quit and that is the only way, are fully of it. I had wanted to quit many times and have bought countless boxes of nicorette and had never made it a day before. I made up my mind one day at work I was going to try Chantix and stopped by my doctor on the way home. The visit to get the prescription was $80 and the first months supply from the Pharmacy was $120 with the $10 rebate that comes with it now. After the first week I didn-t quit completely like you are supposed to but I cut down to a couple a day. At the end of the second week I quit completely and haven-t had a cigarette since. I filled my second month supply since you are supposed to take the medicine for 3 months, which was another $120, but a week or so into the second month I cut the prescription in half down to 1 pill a day. After a week or so I quit taking the pills. I never stopped drinking coffee or going to bars and drinking and didn-t change my life at all except for the smoking. Chantix really works. As far as insurance covering it, find out what insurance provider you will have and find out if they cover it, but there aren-t many that do cover it. I smoked for 15 yrs a pack plus a day.That-s great that you want to quit. You can get a prescription from your doctor if you want, you don-t NEED insurance but I think it is better to have it. I don-t know about the walmart thing because where I live, they don-t have those little clinics you are talking about, sorry. You could ask where you work if you could do that though.

Good luck with quitting! I have heard that Chantix works well, you may have some odd dreams (not nightmares, just weird ones) but I heard it really helps with quitting. The website will give you a lot of information about it. Hope I helped!Personally i just quit after 5 years of smoking but i think it might be in my family cause my grandfather told me he just quit one day on a cruise after 25 yrs and my grandmother just quit like year after he did after 35 yrs. But cold turkey is the best way for me i feel you gotta just actually WANT it (looks like you do want it if your takin these steps). but i have heard from 5 friends who had acupuncture and it worked for all of them!! so try that it must really work its kinda crazy and not all that expensive either and its all natural! good luck you should try it.you should try to get insurence if you want chantix.
my mom tried to get chantix before she got insurence and it is very, very expensive. You would have to get a prescription for it from a family practice physician.im glad to see some effort :)... i-d say go to any clininc and get a referal to a specialist and the specialist will give u a treatmentyour family doctor, general practioner. they do everything. There is no medical -cure- for smoking. Smoking consists of two components: 1) a physical addiction to nicotine 2) a psychological addiction to the habit of smoking
There are treatments to help with the physical addiction, but take it from someone who has quit - 98% of the battle is psychological.
I am taking my girlfriend to receive a treatment, but that-s only because she believes it will help her. If she believed that riding a horse while wearing a yellow hat would help her we-d be driving down to the stables tomorrow.
Here are some tips I can offer to stop smoking:
1) Don-t buy cigarettes. Sure you can still bum them from friends and such, but this should help cut back a lot.
2) To fight the urges for the first couple weeks, when you want a cigarette take a few very deep breaths. A lot of the crud you get from smoking gets caught in your lungs and you can actually kick it back into your bloodstream by taking deep breaths (until your body eventually cleans it out, but that-ll take a couple weeks).
3) Take it one day at a time. Every day you need to recommit to your goal of -not smoking today-. Get through one day at a time and before you know it your urges will diminish.
4) Avoid drinking. As we all understand without the science, drinking alcohol lowers your inhibitions (the science supports this too, which is pretty interesting.) So, when you drink it will be much more difficult to resist the urge to smoke.
5) Find someone that will support you in your effort. If you get the urge to smoke and are fighting it, call your friend and let them remind you why you-re quitting.
