I kinda started smoking when i was 14 and got addicted pretty fast, im 16 now and my parents still dont know i do it, i really need to stop, so i was wondering is this gum any good at filling your cravings, and also can you buy it if your not 18? cause its not tabacco.You have to be 18 to buy it because it contains nicotine. Nicorette or generic and cheaper brands will absolutely take away the urge for a cigarette, but you have to follow the directions ( stop chewing and keep it by your gums). It should take you about 20 minutes to chew out all the nicotine. The gum may upset your stomach a little bit, but you get used to it. (It-s not lung cancer is a breeze). It works if you work it. It is also very very addicting, but it doesn-t contain the carcinogenic tars. Good luck. You may save people who love you from seeing you die a painful and ugly death from cancer and heart disease. Plus, you-d be a really lousy athlete which your kids would notice and be ashamed of. You don-t need will-power, because the gum (which is expensive, but not like the drain of smokes) will do it for you. Please, please don-t smoke anymore. It is an ugly, smelly, expensive and dangerous drug.yes you can buy it in canada anyhow but it doesn-t really work it just makes you want to smoke more i suggest you just quit or tell your parents and continue to smoke
