there are so many things on the market to stop smoking but what acctually works?Padded cell.well i have just stoped on the 14th dec 5 days now with 24 hour patches but i take off when i go to bed then if i wake up around 5 put 1 on then ok when i get up.i doing well so far as not even bothered about cig and have smoked 40 years, the trouble now i got a realy tickly cough.my hubby still smokes and i realy cant believe how awfull it smells to me now.good luck.You just need 2 nicotine patches.
Place one over each eye and you won-t be able to find your Cigs. ha ha .I used the patches for a while, but i found the inhalators very good while i was out having a drink, you look a bit stupid but hey your quiting ain-t you. Good Luck by the way.self confidence and be completely sure that the smoking may gonna hurt u by the time and the best way u told ur self i will STOP SMOKING from now ...I did it cold turkey. The first 48 hours are the worst, after that try staying away from smoke for about a week or 2.the best way to stop smoking is instead of thinking about smoking eat. Eat as much as you can until you put yourself to sleep and after about 1 week it should work and then maybe you can hit the gym. I know this works because my mom smoked and this is the way she stopped.I have been smoking for a long time, and I think that I have tried everything on the market. Cold turkey don-t work as I am afraid to gain 30 lbs.. haha but.. my sister and I are going to see a hypnotist on Jan 5th, we are really hoping that this will work.. I will let you know..glue your hands to your butt!.....sorry man, i seriously dont know what the best way is...im a smoker too and i often think about quitting....i think that a person who is ready will just lay them down...otherwise i honestly dont knowPut the patch over your mouth...I still can-t stopuse a patch to help with the cravings.Will power, BUT just must have decided yourself that you want to smoke. Not bying forced or asked to by someone else.The best solution is have a strong willpower, and give up smoking once and for all.

I did it 4 weeks and 4 days ago. First week was a bit crabby but here I am, out the other side, a fiver a day better off and I don-t stink anymoretake yourself off to a science museum and have a look at a pair of grotty black yucky lungs belonging to a smoker, if that doesn-t put you off the tar-sticks then you have no hope! good luck!!
