So my boyfriends said he stopped smoking. the other day he smelled like smoke so i asked him if he was smoking. he said no. he said he just -took a hint-. i didn-t know what that meant so i just said ok and moved on. does anyone know what it meas to -take a hint- and if it-s bad for you?I think he said -Take a hit-It-s not -take a hint-. It-s -take a hit-. And that means that he just took one drag of the cigarette. Usually, it-s used to describe pot toking though.And, yes, it-s still bad for you.you mean -took a hit-? thats just one drag of whatever he was smoking. not very harmful in the grand scheme of things.
