Did zyban ever helped you to stop smoking, did you just taking the tablets and countine to smoking till after a week then you lose willing to smoke? I am trying to stop smoking, I began to take tablets last week.. but dying for a puff! i even kept meself busy by taking 2 dogs out for a walk 4 times a day, housework to avoid thinking about cigs its just so hard! how did you manage to stop?Zyban and chantix both made me bat-sh*t crazy within a week or two...I switched to Americn Spirits for a couple weeks, and they dont have nearly the same amount of cravings to them...made it a lot easier.
I quit for a few months that way - and then hit a real rough patch in my life,,,went back...but thats the longest I have ever quit.you could try the same way i quit smoking. I use to smoke almost a pack a day, then i tryed... yes a little marry jane and every time i got a craving i just did that instead. After a while i never really thought about cigarette anymore. After a few months i dropped that habit and now i have been smoke free for 3 years.
(im not encouraging anything im just sharing my my experiences)4 years ago I decided to give up smoking so when I only had one fag left in the packet I said to myself -Once this has gone there will be no more fags for me-I havent smoked since.Its been hard but sheer determination made me do it.I wish you luck.
