Panic attacks 5 months after I stopped smoking weed? -
I-ve gotten high about 3 times in my life. Well, the last time I got high, which was about 5 months ago, was really bad. I was really trippin out... I had thoughts like I was going insane or I was going to have a heart attack because my heart was beating so fast. About a week after that awful experience, the same exact feeling I got when I was high happened to me in class. I got so scared and didn-t know what to do. Ever since then, I-ve been having strange, negative thoughts like I am just randomly going to have a heart attack or I think I am going to stop breathing. Sometimes it was even hard for me to see straight. It is a VERY uncomfortable feeling and often leaves me feeling depressed afterwards. Whenever I fear those thoughts are going to come back, they usually do! And I can never stop thinkin about them! I think something is wrong with my brain... Will I ever be normal again? Anyone know why this is happening to me or what I can do to stop it?I smoked weed (no other drugs, not even alcohol) 3 times a day for 6 years. I have seen people react like you, and its my personal opinion it has more to do with guilt and paranoia about marijuana (not marijuana induced paranoia) than anything. I-m not condoning it, but I think its no worse for you than alcohol either. Just relax; you have to smoke a whole lot for it to affect you permanently. If that-s at all possible. However for developmental reasons, no one under 18 should be doing drugs of any kind.i say u go to a doctor..so they can give u medicine like prozac or wat ever i think u need some medical help..Panic attacks 5 months after I stopped smoking weed? -
