I need a answer! Please dont tell me to get braces i need ways to
break the habbit. Like when people try to stop smoking. I am just starting middle school and i want to grow up and stop this habbit.

Tie it up before bed. Put hotsauce on your thumb. Sleep on your hand or stuff it under your pillow.
Willpower CAN make you stop; that-s how I quit.I think there-s nothing wrong with sucking your thumb. I don-t suck my thumb while sleeping but I suck my thumb when no one-s here to help relax.
