If you really want to give up smoking go to your Doctor and ask him to put you on Champix tablets, this is a 3 month course. I was told to take them for 2 weeks, make that my cut off date to stop smoking. Carry on with the tablets to finish the course. Well I stopped smoking on that day and have not smoked since (6 weeks). These tablets stop the craving for nicotine they do not replace it, I promise you, I never thought I would stop after 40 years but I have and I dont want one. As far as miracle cures go this is it, do it and good luckWhy don-t you just go to the local hospital and ask to see the smoking related cancer patients? I-m sure they would appreciate vistors.Good ole Sam if he dont scare you into not smoking, he will atleast give you nightmares.
