Chimneys were covered by the Clean Air Act of 1956, where households were required to burn smokeless fuel. If your chimney is smoking then you are already breaking the law and must have been doing so for some time.you need an emergency chimney sweep...and quick....or its prison for you ...matey.Here-s what you do -
