Im 23 weeks pregnant iv tried to quit since i found out i was and its really hard i have ptsd (post traumatic stress disorder) and when i get stressed i need to smoke to help so i dont get to stressed out but i need to stop for the health of my baby but its hard does anyone have any ideals for me PLEASE HELP MEthink about baby.. he is in great danger.. because if you smoke he is in hypoxia, that causes his body -development- disorderDon-t fool around, talk to your doctor about Chantix or another pharmacological intervention. This will increase your chances of stopping markedly.
