please help its so tempting when someone offers n then i go home n say i wont do it what do i do manStop hanging out with people who would offer it to you...at least until you-re not interested in it anymore.Finish the whole packet before you retire. but buy a new packet and a match. Put it beside you. When you wake up the next morning and feeling to smoke, tell yourself after ward. You will be very surprised to find out that one or two hours, you can take it without smoking. When you have the urge to smoke again, tell yourself again after ward. Try this, I was a very heavy smoker. I smoke four or five packets of twenty a day. At first it cuts down my smoking to five or six sticks a day, and now thanks to this method, I have stopped smoking for the past fifteen years. Try it you got nothing to loose. - say no!umm grow a brainget a girlfriend who doesnt like that or find some other motivation, like only buy yourself something you want if you dont smoke for a certain period of time. set mini goals that you can achieve for yourself to help get you motivated.You just say no. thanks everybodyvaryies...you will always want a fag but after a few months youll stop coughing so much and not think about em contentlyI am trying to quit now, using the nicotine patch. It slows the cravings down, and my coughing has started to back off after a week, but it will take a while longer as my lungs are trying to get out all the tar that-s in there.
