Has anyone tried Zerosmoke to stop smoking? -

Hi I saw this in a magazine and it-s a little magnet you put in your ear that is suppose to help you quit smoking in as little as 30 days.

I-m just curious if anybody has tried this and if it actually works?
thnxI just got mine today in the mail. I got the magnets in, u cant even feel them. Let you know in a week if i notice a difference :)thanxs
I saw the add and thought it might actually be effective, but then all the doubt kicked in, let me know if it works out for you? :o) I might just give it a try.

Needless to say, not only did the product suck, was painful - there werent any directions or suggestions, only a stop smoking book you can get from any state health office

You just have to use it correctly and it should work. It worked for me and I will be the first to say I had my doubts but to my suprise... it did what it said it would do. Thank you Zerosmoke for protecting my health (and my wallet)!!!!!

I have been drinking water, cranberry juice, hot lemon water, green tea, and detox tea, exercising, taking niacin and fiber (pectin and the mix) since. I am plus size. I have used this terminator stuff before and passed but I am (was) a more heavier user than before. Should I be ok? and before someone says it I know I shouldn-t use, I agree the good feeling wasn-t worth the worry i have now. I have read so many conflicting stories.. just anyone-s opinion would help me right now.

Thanks!water, water, water....

The THC should be out of your system in 30 days if you are a moderate to heavy user, and or have a larger body size. however it will not be out of your hair. So if you have a urine drug test you will be fine.I was clean in about a month-s time. Drink lots of fluids, although THC is stored in your fat, fluid does pass through your fat. All cell-s, even fat cells- contain some amount of moisture.

Drink LOTS of vegetable juices, beets, carrots, celery.

Lots of green foods help the body move right along.
And running, and exercise helps alot too. In a month you should be free, and I was an everyday smoker.

Homeopathic Remedy to Quit Smoking :-
CALADIUM.S 1M(1000) Just one dose every 10th day three doses in total.
Take Care and God Bless !The patch, gum, cold turkey, hypnosis, support groups, prayer.what you need to stop is the habit - the nicotine withdrawal aspect is severely over rated and i honestly believe that the drug company-s are brainwashing us so they can sell product.. It-s not that bad. How do i know this ? 12/19/96 i had my last cigarette. Prior to that i had been a 2 pack a day/20 + years non -filter Camel smoker. If anybody was addicted to nicotine it was me. I honestly expected to go through this really nasty - curl yourself int a fetal position and throw up often position- and it never happened. Granted I didn-t feel great But I-ve had bouts with the Flu that made me feel a lot worse.
The problem is the habit. all of those things you do with a cigarette
having a couple drinks ..light one up................. can-t do that anymore
just wake up ......................light one up -- -- -- -- -
Just got laid........................light one up no can do on the cigarette part
got along drive all by your lonesome ...... light one up
and the one i still miss, coffee and cigarettes Man if there were ever two things that went together
But you do it and you gain weight because smoking is an oral fixation
But you do it.. The first month IS hard but every month after that gets a little easier. The price for not doing it is well known.
Good LuckI stopped using the patch and like 150 pounds of mary janes candiesJesus is the answer.Me too think I-m gonna have to do the deserted island bit good luck cut a peice of straw and use it instead they say thats half the addiction.Tell everyone you-re a smoker. Then they won-t be policing you, and then quit cold turkey. If it doesn-t work the first time, just keep trying. Every time you quit your non-smoking time should get longer until one day you realise you just don-t need it anymore. Oranges help to take the craving away, also tomatoes, peppermints and chewing gum. But the strongest ally you can have in quitting smoking is your own will. Think of the benefits of not smoking - a longer life, not having to take off to the shops at all hours to buy smokes, i.e. freedom, money in the pocket, healthy children, untainted wallpaper, fresh smelling house and clothes. All the best, just do it!try changing it with chewing gum..

Losing weight, quitting smoking, going back to school and eating healthier. . .all at the same time? -

Can setting multiple goals help to motivate when one is successful or achieved? I-m going for an all or nothing kind of deal. I see them as one helps to benefit and motivate the other. Eating healthier leads to more energy for working out which leads to me wanting to stop smoking because of the lack of air, which overall gives me more energy and better health to focus on my school. Do you think I-m taking on to much or does this sound like a plan for success?I think I would take it slow and easy. It might be hard to maintain the motivation day after day, week after week and month after month.
If you are the type of person that can get right back on the horse, good luck. Somehow try to keep the goals small enough so that each one is easy to accomplish. Best Wishes to you. Good Luck!depends on your will power. i would say going to the gym does help in distracting you from your nicotine cravings. toss all processed foods and drinks out. make sure to read all the food labels at the store. you might want to start having a day planner (or blackberry) and pre-planning recipes that you will prepare for your new eating lifestyle.

for quitting smoking, it helps to rearrange furniture in your house since it helps with the new adjustment of a life without ciggarettes. cleaning out your car to eliminate the smell of smoking including tossing out the car lighter and ashtray. subconsiously, if you see the same, you-ll fall into the same habit of smoking and other bad habits. i know i heard of people who swear that it works even though it sounds crazy. Are you a masochist? I would do the stopping smoking and the excercise together for sure. But you will want to eat/nibble if you-re not smoking, but the excercising should help by not putting on more weight.

I wish you every success. I quit smoking 6 weeks ago and feel great! It was tough though, but you have to stay positive and like I said excercising will help you out a lot.

Good Luck. This really depends on yourself - but you might end up backsliding on all of them if you fail at just one.

If for example you have a smoke, you might mentally give up on all of them and end up at square one again.

long days and pleasant nights.Rearrange your thought processes - You are going to be living Healthier and then take the steps to a new you. There are several steps you need to take and they are alll connected

Quit smoking and it will make you healthier, the same applies with the others mentioned. Going back to school too - as it increases your sense of accomplishment and you end up feeling better about yourself.

So get healthier lifestyle and start at it in a positive way, step by step and slowly increasing the changes For example walk 1 block today and in a few more days beef it up to 2 blocks and keep it up daily until you are doing 30 minutes of brick walking each day.

Smoking is another issue -you must believe that its the best for you, and if stopping cold turkey hasn-t worked in the past then look at Free groups and patches, gum or alternative habits. The First decision - never buy another pack of smokes

Wake up tomorrow and start the path to a new healthier and happier you. Keep an eye on the goals and a failure one day is simply that -1 failure and not a reason to give up!
