Can you recommend anything to help me sleep? -

I successfully stopped smoking about a month ago. I only smoked in the evening before bed time as it relaxed me. I am now wanting to give up alcohol for the same reason. The problem is that if I don-t drink I am wide awake at bedtime. I don-t like milk or drinking chocolate. I work five days a week eight hours a day (not weekends) but find I-m not exhausted at bed time.Try putting drops of lavender oil into a warm bath and soak in this before you go to bed. You can also put drops of lavender oil on a tissue and put it on your pillow - inhale when you lie down and it should send you to sleep. Lavender is a natural oil that has been found to have calming, sleep-inducing properties. It-s 100% natural so you won-t get any side-effects, and it-s cheap too (you can always grow the plant and cut off a few flowers instead of buying the oil).

Alcohol is a stimulant, so you-re wise to give it up. I-ve done that myself recently and it really helps. Also reduce caffeine during the day maybe? I have to have my last cup of tea by 5pm at the latest otherwise I can-t sleep that night :-)

You need some -me- time in the evenings - warm baths, meditation (if you-re keen on that), reading, can all help. When I was stressed at work, I could never switch my mind off in the evenings, so you need to totally unwind before you sleep. Best of luck, hope some of this helps :-)Yes, Well I used to suffer really bad when I was sleeping, and I recommend: Kalms tablets, ( also known as calm sleep )
They relieve periods of worry, irritability, stresses, and strains. They promote natural sleep as well!
Ill type what it says:
Kalms tablets are a traditional herbal remedy containing a blend of pure plant ingredients that bring welcome relief from... what i said above..
can also relieve the symptoms of
tiredness during the day.
good luck! x
