jus help me out hereBecause you are addicted to it.......go to the rehab center for a cure.Because it is an addictive substance.
Contact a detox place in your local yellow pages to help you get off the weed.cuz it-s the shiz, better for you and kills less brain cells than alcoholbecause you-re addicted.. why did you start?? it really ruins your life.. if you think it attracts girls, it-s the opposite.. we see guys who do drugs and stuff as scary and irresponsible. PLEASE check yourself into rehab.. think of what this is doing to your life.. and i know you can do it if you want to stop enough. PLEASE stop!!! you-ll be one less person in the world we have to worry about with this issue. really, get help.. and i mean that in the best way possible.. maybe if your mom doesn-t know you do it.. spend a lot of time with her so you can-t do it... whatever it takes, if you want to do it, i know you can stop. whenever you buy some drugs, just think about what it-s doing to you, and just walk away.

I don-t know how old u r but for me I grew out of it. Or u might stop smoking it when u have a bad experience. For me I don-t think its an addition that-s just my opinion an I-m no DoctorAlthough not physically addictive, marijuana can cause mental dependency. If this is coupled with depression or other misperception of one-s success, then it is easier to continue on a self destructive path than to stop. I could be way off in your personal case, I-m speaking from personal experience with a close friend who felt the same way.
It could also be very simple in the fact that you like being high and the sensation of being stoned.
Just some random guesses, hope they help some.because you have an addiction to it. you need to go and get rehabilitation to kick this habit. you have passed the first step in rehab already without even starting. you realize that you need to quit. now all you need to do is to go and get rehab to reach your goal. hope this helps. good luck.You only think you can-t stop smoking. You smoke because it makes you feel good, and It is also illegal which makes it sweeter.
It is hard to stop doing something which brings us pleasure..smoking ciggies,reading gossip rags,eating jelly beans, etc etc.
When you want to quit, when you decide the harm you are doing to yourself outweighs the pleasures, you will quit...but you have to first want to.
Only you knows what makes you tick. Only you can find a good enough reason to quit.

They wake up and hit the bong and can-t function without the drug.
If that is where you are, start reducing your intake. Cut down to only the weekends and only after you have studied for your classes. Let it only be a reward after hard work and only do it once or twice on the weekend.
If you aren-t in school, still only do it on the weekend. Consider getting some other interests. Take some fun class and meet people who don-t get high. Start to remember what life was like without marijuana.
You don-t want to be a wake and bake type of person. There is a lot more to life than getting high.If you are serious about it, you can quit, But only if you really actually want to quit. b/c if you secretly don-t want to stop you wont in the least bit.
However Marijuana is supposed to be easier to quit than ciggies, so if I can quit ciggies you can quit mary jane....get into a drug and alcohol program. that is the only and best solution to your problem. It-s obvious that you want to stop and that-s what matters.of course becuase your addicted to it, you should just try your best to QUIT. i think you should get to the rehab center for help...good luck :-)ITs simple... you dont want to. Work out.You need to cut down on some of the things your consuming, When you quite smoking things taste better, you tend to use certain foods to take the place of your cigarettes.exercise and change your diet, no junk, no sugar
eat protein, not too much long lasting carbs, lots of veggies, and etc...eat healthy
diet accounts for 90% of weight loss
i was able to lose 5 pounds in a week from strenuous exercise but then stopped...i changed my diet and now i started losing againYeah, you need to change your diet right away, perhaps google some ideas for a detox diet too. Also, see if you can hit the gym first thing in the morning without eating breakfast and start burning off the fat on the cardio machines. Congrats on quitting btw; the next step for you should be to eliminate sodas, beer, starchy white processed foods (white bread, white pasta), and you-ll be amazed how quickly you lose weight. addictionI STOPPED AFTER 22 YEARS OF SMOKING, ONE DAY WOKE UP AND DECIDED ENOUGH WAS ENOUGH, TODAY WAS THE DAY TO STOP, I BROKE UP ALL MY CIGS, ASHTRAYS, LIGHTERS AND THREW ALL AWAY, IVE NEVER HAD ANOTHER CIG SINCE THEN NOW ABOUT 13 YEARS SMOKE FREE, TRY IT, BUT IT IS HARD, BUT WORTHWHILE.If you really wanna stop, willpower will do it.hey dude look ignore all those expensive drugs you see on tv cuz they only milk the money out ya.if you buy them youll still have the temptation and urge to still smoke all at the back of ur mind. hey take it from me if you really want to quit you gotta look into urself and think of where you wanna be say ten years from now at ur own funeral or out in the world spending time with friends and family? look you cant get both is one or the other. only you can save urself not medicine or counselling. so go look in the mirror and decide wat you want with ur life. no one cant live it for you. so why not live it the right way? think of it you have nothing to lose but everything to gain. i hope you stop and seriously think of these things. i wish you all the best....After 20 years of smoking and several years trying to quit I did so 3 years ago using the EasyStop method. You put it off, you say I will do that later or just wait a minute I have to do this first, or ect. ect. get it. I started doing this last week and have gone from 2 paks a day to 1 all ya have to do is put it off for a second and try to think of something you want to do or like I want to smoke after I take a drink of water or realy anything you have to conform it to your own style but Im tellin ya it works like a charm.OOOO, Shiny. i have been taking this anti-depressent, associated with zyban, a qit smoking aid. its called wellbutrin, now what i does is control the cravings of nicottine, decreasing withdrawl effects.and not nessearly quitting all at once, you just naturally wean yourself down and eventrually just forget about smoking all together also, wellibutrin (sdz-bupropion sr) works in two ways.
for depression it helps restore the balance of natural chemicals
(neurotransmitters) in your brain, it can improve your mood. and a stop smoking agent which is bupropion.
now you take one pill twice daily, 8 hours appart, but thats for 150 milligrams. for higher doeses at least 3 times one pill a day, within 6 hours appart.
now the scary side effect much like zyban its self, if taking to close or to many it will increase your risk of having a seizure.
talk to your doctor, because there are other ways to use this medication.
i dont know, you asked for info on quitting smoking, and im sharing with you what help me quit smoking, and balance my moods.
its also used for women while on there periods, due to pms.

from canada........ good luck hunGo and see your doctor - he might be able to advise you and u could get patches to help you stop.you need to find the motivation to do it otherwise i don-t think anything will work. if nothing is motivating you enough at the moment could you have a bet with someone (don-t get addicted to gambling instead though!) to drive you on?
it could be working out how much money you-ll save then doing something with it - but it-s got to be something you REALLY want and can-t have otherwise.
it-s a really horrible thing to do but it DOES get easier (doesn-t seem to go away though) and it-s one of the best things you can do for your health.
