Cant quit smoking because of boredom? -
I get bored easily, and I smoke to fill in the time and its only a few minutes but it gets me busy enough. Now I will be spending over a month at home without going anywhere at all, just waking up everyday and doing nothing. How can I occupy myself to stop smoking, I-m going to try toothpicks but I need activities to keep my mind busy too.Reading, crossword puzzles, hand-held games (solitaire, sudoku or poker), computer games....Good luck--if your mind is set, you can do it!
