He has been smoking since he was like 13 he is turnig 31 in June. Anyway I need some advice as to how to react to him and give him good wifey support I know it will be tough on him with the patch and medication prescribed to him. Please help I need advice.he-s got the meds, so now just be tolerant of the outbursts he might have and know that he doesn-t mean it. When he-s having a good moment, I-m sure he-ll apologize. If he doesn-t realize that he-s doing it that extremely, use those good moments to remind him that you-re on his side and he might want to remind himself of that the next time one is coming on. Other than that, just don-t be too overbearing and let him work it out, ie, don-t add to the aggravation as much as possible. Good sex, especially the most opportune BJ doesn-t hurt! :)Here is how I quit after 30 years. Bought a pack of chewing tobacco and would suck on a piece about the size of your little finger nail. Sounds disgusting but the road he will travel is pure hell.Tell him if he can go a day without it.... you-ll reward him with sex or something. I know it-s not really your benefit. But for guys, I-m sure it would work if you-re very good.I have smoked since 5th grade I am now 42 years old saturday makes my fifth week without a cigarette. I quit cold turkey and it sucks, but I am doing it for my family.
