Could u plz advise me something on how to stop smoking? -
coz I-d been smoke for 5 yrs.... help....... thanksI asked my doctor for a prescription for chantix yesterday. I havent started it yet but hope it works. It doesnt contain nicotine like the other methods and has a support program. You can smoke the first 7 days. First you have to make up your mind to stop and what day to stop. As well as the reasons you want to stop.just look at some picture of people with cancer.if that doesnt do it then there is no hope you are lost to the tabacco corporations!
