i was wondering how safe it is?People respond differently. Of course, I am depressed as a lost My best friend that has gotten me through so many things. Of course that frien also has repeatedly hurt me. Yes, I think that tobacco was my best friend and losing it hurt.

But on the other hand, I am 2 months smoke free. Something that I thought was impossible!Lots of problems with Depression being reported. 37 cases of suicide attributed to it ( I think- may be 39)
Cold turkey and get tough with yourself is about the only way for some people. Most that use nicotine replacements end up going back to smoking.

Healthwise, there isn-t one good reason to smoke anyway.The sooner the better. One, cigarettes contain many chemicals bad for babies inside of you. Two, if you wait until after the insemination or very shortly before, they will also have to go through your withdrawal. If you quit well in advance, it gives your body a chance to heal from the abuses of smoking and rebuild essential vitamins that are robbed from your body by smoking.Immediatley and then never start again.ASAP! the sooner you stop the sooner your body will accept the procedure. Plus it will be healthier for the baby!
