I do not exercise and have stopped smoking and my tummy is getting bigger.first of all congrats on stop smoking i know that was hard to do. second exercise daily set-up, push-up. diet is important. I eat fat burning foods like yogurt, pickles 3x a day. try to eat foods that are high in fiber.Give up the soft drinks.they have lots of sugar in them. also drink water all day that will help slim you stomach down.llllllleeeeeggggg raise, swim, run, last of all, sexyou need to start exercising and eating as quality diet. check out my blog for some tips and advice:

trying to stop smoking, and a friend recommended hypnothesis, i wonder if there-s any danger? how does it work?I had this done to quit smoking.

There is no danger and is NOTHING like they show of TV. You just get very relaxed and then they talk and you take it all in.

It didn-t work for me although I didn-t want a smoke afterwards I over rid the thing in my head that said -You don-t want that.- Silly me.

But I ended up just stopping never to smoke again 2 years later.self discipline!!!hi there well i have never had hypnosis for quitting smoking however i have had it for a fear and it worked so well i had a fear for about 6 yrs it was over taking my life i was so scared but i had two sessions and with the help of hypnosis i over came this fear and conquered it I-m now free from this fear and its great! i would recommend it most hypnotist offer a free consultation so why not pop along and have a chat with them good luckthere is no danger... and it will work but you have to believe it will worki!Hypnosis is perfectly safe. Just a thoughtDepends on the person. Some people do better cold turkey, some wean themselves off, and others need to have near death experiences. It took my grandpa lung cancer, COPD, and tuberculosis to stop smoking- essentially his doctor told him -look, medicine can-t save you anymore, but if you stop smoking, you can have longer with your wife before you leave her for good. It-s up to you.- He did stop then, and they had about 5 years before he passed (ironically from pneumonia, not the lung issues or heart issues).Absolutely. Stop buying cigarettes. You think I jest. But it works a treat. You will only stop if you want to as it is an addiction. Just don-t buy any and decline offers of fags when you are out. After three weeks you will find the cravings have all but disappeared. After a couple of months you will feel better, look better, taste food more and your sense of smell will improve, as will your bank balance.
On top of all that your chances of dying a miserable, painful death will be reduced dramatically.
What-s not to do?No not really. Everyone is different and has different reasons of smoking. They also quit at their own rate. okay i stopped smoking and started birthcontrol around the same time last year!
first thing the weight looks GREAT on me i-m not 125 - 130 lbs instead of 95-100 trust me I look better!
but i-m not rich and was wondering if there was a way to trim down my belly and thighs as of now I use a stepper machine and I do a lot of hiking! I don-t want them to lose a lot of weight just enough so my close don-t cut my ciruculation off while i-m at work!
I have put aside a clothing fund to get something new from each pay check but that still takes time and as more time goes on the more tight my cloths get
oh yeah i do sit - ups and crunches and leg lifts to!
am i working out to much on my legs??? Other then the wait game is there anything else that i could do I really dont want to lose the weight well a little untill i can get a new line of clothing! I was not expecting to gain 30-35 lbs but now that is- here i don-t want it to go!You are confusing me. If you want to fit into your old clothes, you have to lose some weight. If you like your weight, which sounds absolutely fine, you have to get new clothes. Exercising is good and will help your body look great and distribute the weight more evenly, and you should do it. But the overall volume will not change, so the clothes will have to change. Otherwise you must get on a balanced diet together with teh exercise.

i feel like my lungs are tar blocked or something , i get tired going up stairs and i don-t last more than 2 mins on the treadmill,ending up with 150+ heart beats/min and can hardly catch my breath.

so , is there something wrong ?, i guess there-s , i used to smoke only for 3 years and it was even casual not on regular basis .

I have a supervised urinalysis on the 25th. I have quit forever.Marijuana stays in your system 3-30 days. I like your chances. Drink a lot of water before you go. Best of luck to you. :)First of all, 2 weeks is a good amount of time, plus you have another week. It is likely that you-ll be ok. If this is your first urinalysis, you probably won-t get in huge trouble if you fail. Worst case, say you-ve stopped and then they may do a follow-up on you at some later date, at which time you-ll be able to pass.
