Whats the easiest way to stop smoking? -

Whats the easiest way to stop smoking? -

This method works for me and is the only money back guaranteed.
I quite smoking 2 years ago

Get the Facts
Easyway, founded by Allen Carr in 1983, has the highest independently verified 12-month success rate (75.8% for a smoker completing the program) of any quit smoking technique and a 90% satisfaction rating.

Compare Easyway to other methods and see for yourself why Easyway is called “The Cadillac of quit smoking methods.”

The Allen Carr Method
HOW THE METHOD WORKS

Using psychotherapy, the method works in the opposite way to the “willpower” method. It does not concentrate on the reasons the smoker should not smoke : the money, the slavery, the health risks and the stigma. Smokers know all that already. Instead it focuses on why smokers continue to smoke in spite of the obvious disadvantages.

It is fear that keeps smokers hooked!

Fear the smoker will have to give up their pleasure or crutch. Fear the smoker will be unable to enjoy life or handle stress. Fear the smoker will have to go through an awful trauma to get free. Fear the smoker will never get completely free from the craving.

The Method removes these fears
Smokers quit with the Allen Carr Method as happy non-smokers, not feeling deprived but with a huge sense of relief and elation that they have finally achieved what they always wanted….

TO BE FREE!

What about the terrible withdrawal pangs from nicotine?

The physical withdrawal from nicotine is so slight that most smokers don’t realise that they are addicts. What smokers suffer when they try and quit using other methods is the misery and depression caused by the belief that they are being deprived of a pleasure or a crutch.

The Allen Carr Method removes this feeling of deprivation.
It removes the need and desire to smoke. Once the smoker is in the right frame of mind and they follow the simple instructions, the physical withdrawal from nicotine is hardly noticeable.

No Gimmicks!

The Method does not use any gimmicks, useless aids or substitutes. No nicotine gum, patches, lozenges, tabs, inhilators or nasal sprays! No needles! No lasers! No drugs! No herbs! No shock treatment!

The Allen Carr Method is successful because:

It removes the smokers’ conflict of will.
There are no bad withdrawal pangs.
It is instantaneous and easy.
It is equally effective for long-term heavy smokers and light smokers.
You need not gain weight.
You will not miss smoking.

Medical Endorsements

A personal view from Professor Judith Mackay MBE, JP, FRCO (Edin), FRCP (Lon), World Health Organisation Advisory Panel on Tobacco and Health

“I have no hesitation in supporting Allen Carr’s work. Many clinics use some of his techniques but it would appear that few do it in quite such a successful package.”

Carole Johnson, Coronary Heart Disease Prevention Unit, Tyne Tees

“his success rate was such that, when budgets allow, we continue to use Easyway for work with specific groups and individuals.”

Dr Anil Visa BSc, MBBch., FRCA, Consultant – Royal Hospitals NHS Trust – Royal London Hospital

“I have observed the Allen Carr method at first hand and have found it to be very successful and I wholeheartedly support it as an effective way to quit smoking.”

Dr William Green, Head of Psychiatric Dept, Matilda Hospital, Hong Kong

“It is a remarkable fact that Allen Carr, on his own admission a non-professional in behaviour modification, should have succeeded where countless psychologists and psychiatrists holding postgraduate qualifications have failed, in formulating a simple and effective way to stop smoking.”

Dr Martin Jarvis, Principle Scientist, Imperial Cancer Research
Fund and Reader in Health Psychology, University College London

”...I am more than happy to testify to Allen Carr’s enduring involvement and to recognise the value of the kind of behavioural and cognitive support he provides.”

Dr PM Bray MB CH.b., MRCGP

“I was really impressed by the method. In spite of the Allen Carr organisation’s success and fame, there were no gimmicks and the professional approach was something a GP could readily respect. I would be happy to give a medical endorsement of the method to anyone.”

Celebrity Endorsements

-His method is absolutely unique, removing the dependence on cigarettes, while you are actually smoking. I’m pleased to say it has worked for many of my friends and staff.”
Sir Richard Branson

“Some friends of mine who had stopped using Allen Carr’s method suggested I tried it. I did. It was such a revelation that instantly I was freed from my addiction. Like those friends of mine, I found it not only easy but unbelievably enjoyable to stay stopped.”
Sir Anthony Hopkins

GOOD LUCK!stopthink that there are more opportunities than doing that... im not telling you to do drugs or something. say to yourself that smoking can-t control youThey said that doing it cold turkey is the best way.STEP AWAY FROM THE CIGARETTE. No, really, I stopped cold turkey, but there are pills and patches out there if you need additional help.I wish I knew. I have tried the patch and that worked for a little bit but as soon as I stopped wearing it I started back up again. I tried being hypnotized that worked until I got to the car after wards. Good luckhang out in places where you can-t smoke. Do it with friends and then they-ll make you stay with them and not light up. Or just cut back and progressive try to smoke less and less until you have the will power to not smoke at all. Try to overcome your instinct to smoke. Make a game of it. Today, I-ll make half a pack last all day, next week, I-ll only have half a dozen. Save lighting up for a special occassion. Save that one cigarette for when you get home from work or when you are having a drink.i used smoke-away. it-s pills that, unlike other quit smoking aids, do not contain nicotine. i think that you can get it for like thirty five bucks in walmart, which is a hell of a lot less than the cost of smoking for a month, let alone one or more years.

but you have to really want to quit. you have to be able to say -i don-t even wanna finish this pack of cigarettes-

all smokeaway does is helps heal you, and masks the part of the brain that craves the nicotine. you, yourself, have to do the part where you stop smokingQuitting smoking is extremely difficult. The withdrawl makes us not want to, but we know the risks and we know that they are not worth it. For anyone who wants to end their nicotine addiction, check out www.stopsmokingcleveland.com. This is the MOST effective method on the market. It is 86% effective and the details of the program are on the website (no signing up or submitting your information).

I tried this program and it changed my life.Cold turkey is the best way. I quit a while ago and the only reason why I succeeded was because I REALLY WANTED to quit. I even kept a pack handy to test myself and never touched them.
It took about a month..well maybe two to really not want one anymore and now I can-t stand the smell of them.

Another reason why I wanted to quit was not only for my own health...but I want to have children in a couple of years and I don-t want them to have any health complications just b/c their mom couldn-t control the -craving- that all started b/c she thought it was the -cool- thing to do.....
Good luckHave a heart attack. Worked for my dad! (He-s great, now.)Go cold turkey, even recent studies show more success by people going cold turkey than any other method. You just have to suck it up and quit. I recently quit that way, I have also tried the patch a while back... that too works but because it supplements the nicotine and it scares you from smoking while on the patch. I-m more of a habitual smoker so the problem was never really too much dependent on the nicotine. Just finish your pack and convince yourself it-ll be your last, then whenever you have the urge... don-t ignore it just remind yourself you don-t -need- one, and you choose not to have one. Don-t try and pretend to ignore it when you get the urge, concentrate and prevent yourself from smoking and find ways to do something other than smoking during that time. If you keep reminding yourself of it constantly when you have the urge it helps, because after a few days you-ll remind yourself when you get the urge that you haven-t had one in -x- amount of days... then it-ll be weeks then months in no time. That way you won-t want to because you-re on such a streak. Good luck if you try to quit.the easiest way to stop smoking is to increase the time interval of smoking, that is, if you keep on delaying, you will most probably quit smoking

You will not get any benefit from smoking.
It-s true that cigs will not kill you immediately or ever.
When you are young you can do most anything and get away with it, but when you are older you have to watch out.
There are other reasons to avoid things like this.Obviously there-s the patch or the gum. I smoked for about a year and a half. I just quit cold turkey. For me it was more of the habit of having something in my mouth, so I just replaced it with gum... I also chewed the crap out of the end or my pens. While chewing pens isn-t the most attractive habit... neither is smoking.

Also, especially with the prices of gas today, realizing how much you-re spending on cigarettes helped my stop as well.

My best advice for stopping would be to replace the habit with something else, like gum. Also if you can-t just stop, then slowly ween yourself off of it. If you-re smoking a pack a day, try to smoke 2/3 a pack. Once you-re comfortable with that amount, then try half a pack a day. Once you-re comfotable with that smoke even less, and so on.See your Dr for help now. Whatever it takes quit NOW. It will never be easier.

I started when I was 19. That was 50 years ago.

I would be rich now if I had only smoked 3 years. Not to speak of the fact that I cannot go anywhere on a plane that is more than 20 minutes. I cannot visit anyone in the hosptial for more than 20 minutes. To see my grandchildren in a program at school? NOT

I, now, wake up in the middle of the night for a cigarette. I picture myself with half a face due to surgery for throat cancer.

Good Luck Sweetie.Dude get a white cloth take a good puff put the cloth over your mouth and blow. Thats yellow brown stuff is going into your lungs......not healthy man.
or eat a some minties then have a smoke.......taste like crap huh?

Wats the best way for a 17 year old to quit smoking?!?!? -

i know it sounds stupid but ive been smoking for 2 years and i really want to stop. smoked like 10- 15 smokes a day.
i want to totally detox my body how do i do this?hi,

Here are the best tips which I got from my friends who and me quit smoking the same way.

1. Most smokers don-t exercise. Begin by doing so. Begin a religious work out at an expensive gym. The money you pay for the membership will keep you from leaving and after a while you will enjoy the health benefits. You can start from a half an hour program of 2 to 3 times a week and then increase it to 5 to 6 times over a few months. However, seek advice from a physician before joining one.

2. Visit the dentist and get your teeth polished. After the stain removal, you will like the way you smile! Another incentive to quit. Plan to keep your teeth this way.

3. Visit the smoking area in your club or office and search for another person who is trying to quit. Two heads are better than one and this quitting buddy will be a big help for motivation and companionship.

There are many more. The thing is that you have to observe other smokers and do that they don-t

Good luckThrow any cigarettes that you have away any don-t buy anymore. I smoked for about 5 years and that is what I did. My father did the same thing after smoking for over 30 years.
